How does the program work? We believe in being a membership organization, because it works for the greater good.

This is what is required from you:

• Annual Membership fee of $300
• Owner sets up listings on either VRBO or Homeaway.com or we can do it for you for $89, annual marketing programs through those sites start at $299/yr and it’s well worth the marketing. You can build it yourself or we can do it for you for $89. You can subscribe to both sites for ultimate marketing, however just fyi, in our area, VRBO commands more internet ‘hits’ for Ocean Isle Beach
• Internet Access/wi-fi is REQUIRED in all homes/units, which is set up through Atlantic Telephone. You can call them at 910-754-4311 . It’s what renters want and ask for and look for when searching websites and helps to set your unit up for higher demand
• Upgraded Cable Package, Basic Cable is not permitted. Same as above, it’s what renters look for
• Units must be advertised as Linen Ready or Linens Provided as we provide the linens for stays of 3 nights or longer. See ‘How we make our money’ for costs.
• Owners can continue using cleaning services they are happy with or utilize ours, but if you use your cleaning service they will have to report to us using our reporting and standardized cleaning checklist.
• Owner must keep a credit card on file with us.
• If your home is ‘pet-friendly’, we do ask you to secure an additional $350 deposit just in case of any ‘accidents’ that can range from, urine & poop stains, but also in case anything is broken or scratched.
• You the owner, handle all the contracts between you and the renter. We will show you in the New Ownership Kit mailed to you in more detail how easy this is. Three minutes of your time keeps 100% commissions in your pocket.
